Talking about Bereavement Podcast from NHS Education for Scotland Bereavement Education Programme. In this podcast, we will talk about bereavement by sharing with you some of the work and learning our team is involved in, as well as hearing from our guests who will share their own thoughts and reflections on bereavement. In this episode, Lynne Innes talks to Helena Davison, Clinical Nurse Specialist / Coordinator and Dr Caroline Coats, Consultant Cardiologist who discuss their involvement in the Inherited Cardiac Conditions Service in the West of Scotland. They are also joined by Deborah Robinson who has benefitted from the service following the death of her son James at the age of 23. Deborah has been closely working with Helena participating in focus groups and evaluation of pathways to help improve care for families following a sudden cardiac death.
